Swtech takes customer privacy very seriously. Swtech collect each customer's contact name, address and phone number in order to have the ability to reach the customer should a problem arise with services ordered.

• Swtech will never store or collect any financial information such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers.
• Swtech will never ask a customer to provide any credit card numbers, bank account numbers or any other sensitive financial account details.
• Swtech will never purposefully pass on any collected customer contact details to a 3rd party other than a debt collection agency should it be required to do so.
• Swtech will never ask for any customer's account passwords. If you receive an email asking you to divulge such information, do not provide it, instead contact us to verify the e-mail's origin. It may be a spoofed e-mail not from our network.
• Swtech will not e-mail, post or phone customer's with any marketing/sales material unless requested to do so by customer through our double opt-in mailing list.
